SearchMyBeats helps beatmakers search and find their beats online, protect their rights, and sell more. Our platform offers a credit-based system with subscription plans. Users can purchase credits and use them to upload their beats, scan for unauthorized uses, and perform other services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.

The Service is currently only available to beatmakers who are the original authors and rights holders of their beats.

4. Account Registration

You must register an account using a valid email address and password or sign in via Google authentication.

Accounts are free to create; however, a paid subscription is required to upload beats and access credit-based features.

All users must verify their email before accessing paid features.

5. License and Permissions

By uploading your beats to SearchMyBeats, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to scan, copy, and analyze your uploaded beats solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., search, matching, and protection features). We do not claim ownership of your works.

6. Restrictions on Use

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Perform scraping, data mining, or commercial exploitation of the platform without our express consent.
• Upload works that you do not own or have the right to manage.

7. Subscription and Credits

• The Service operates on a monthly subscription model combined with credits.
• Credits are required to use scanning and search features.
• We may offer free credits as part of promotional offers or trials at our discretion.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

8. Term and Termination

This contract remains in effect as long as you maintain an active subscription or until terminated by either party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEOCID38 LLC and SearchMyBeats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
